- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup carrots, sliced into sticks
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- ½ green bell pepper, sliced
- ½ cup green peas
- ½ small onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add onion and cook for 2 minutes until slightly softened.
- Add carrots and broccoli and stir-fry for 4–5 minutes.
- Add bell peppers and peas and cook for another 3–4 minutes.
- Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add soy sauce, salt, and black pepper, tossing to coat evenly.
- Cook until vegetables are tender-crisp. Serve hot.
