  • 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add baby carrots and cook for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly tender.
  3. Add green beans and continue cooking for 5–7 minutes until crisp-tender.
  4. Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Add honey and soy sauce, tossing to coat vegetables evenly.
  6. Cook for 2–3 minutes until glazed and lightly caramelized.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper.
  8. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
