Garlic Butter Chicken Breast

Juicy, golden, and flavor-loaded garlic butter chicken breast recipe for an easy dinner win.

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Pat chicken dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and sear for 5–6 minutes per side until golden brown.
  3. Reduce heat, add butter and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant and spoon the melted garlic butter over the chicken.
  4. Add lemon juice (optional) and a splash of water or broth. Cover and simmer for 3–4 minutes.
  5. Let rest a few minutes, slice, and drizzle with pan juices. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot.
