- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Pat chicken dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.

- Let rest a few minutes, slice, and drizzle with pan juices. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot.
