Dragon Fruit Kiwi Bowl

  • 3 ripe kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice, optional
  • 1 teaspoon honey, optional

Instructions

  1. Peel the red dragon fruit and slice it into thin round pieces.
  2. Peel the kiwis and slice them into even rounds.
  3. Arrange the dragon fruit slices on one side of a serving bowl.
  4. Arrange the kiwi slices on the other side of the bowl, slightly overlapping the fruit.
  5. Add one kiwi slice in the center for garnish.
  6. Drizzle lightly with lime juice and honey if desired.
