30-Min Creamy Chicken Alfredo Pizza That Melts in Your Mouth

A creamy and cheesy chicken Alfredo pizza with a garlic-butter crust, topped with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

  • 1 large pizza dough, homemade or store-bought
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Alfredo sauce, plus 1/2 cup for dipping
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken breast, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F.
  2. Lightly grease a pizza pan or baking sheet with olive oil.
  3. Stretch the pizza dough into a round crust and place it on the prepared pan.
  4. Brush the crust edges with melted butter, then sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  5. Spread Alfredo sauce evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edge.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  7. Add the chopped cooked chicken evenly over the cheese.
  8. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and black pepper over the top.
  9. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley.
  11. Warm the extra Alfredo sauce and serve it on the side for dipping each slice.

Notes

  • Use pre-cooked chicken for convenience.
  • For extra crispiness, bake on a pizza stone.
  • Let the pizza rest for 2 minutes before slicing.
