Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados, diced
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup mini mozzarella balls
  • 1 medium cucumber, chopped
  • 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Add the diced avocados, halved cherry tomatoes, chopped cucumber, mini mozzarella balls, and sliced red onion to a large bowl.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar.
  3. Sprinkle with dried oregano, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Serve immediately, or chill for 10 minutes before serving.
