Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups mandarin orange segments
  • ¾ cup pomegranate arils
  • ½ cup goat cheese, crumbled
  • ½ cup candied pecans
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Add mixed greens to a large serving bowl.
  2. Arrange mandarin orange segments, pomegranate arils, goat cheese, and candied pecans evenly over the greens.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
  4. Drizzle dressing over the salad just before serving and toss gently to combine.
