Irresistible Turtle Dessert Lasagna with 5 Decadent Layers

A no-bake layered dessert with graham cracker crust, creamy filling, chocolate pudding, caramel, pecans, and chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (or crushed chocolate sandwich cookies)
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 Tbsp granulated sugar (optional)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 (3.9 oz) boxes instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup hot fudge sauce (optional)
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup chopped chocolate (or mini chocolate chips)

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish. Chill 10 minutes.
  2. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread evenly over the crust.
  3. Whisk pudding mix with cold milk for 2 minutes until thickened. Spread over the cream layer.
  4. Drizzle caramel sauce and hot fudge (if using) over the top. Sprinkle with pecans and chopped chocolate.
  5. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours (overnight works best). Slice and serve cold.

Notes

  • For a firmer crust, bake at 350°F for 8-10 minutes before chilling.
  • Use homemade whipped cream instead of store-bought topping for a richer taste.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
