  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup crushed golden Oreos
  • 1/2 cup crushed freeze-dried strawberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping (or whipped cream)
  • 1/2 cup strawberry pie filling or strawberry jam
  • Fresh strawberries, sliced (optional)
  • Extra crushed cookies/strawberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prep the Taco Shells: Brush tortillas with melted butter, then press into the crushed Oreo and strawberry mix. Bake over the back of a muffin tin at 375°F for 8–10 minutes until crisp.
  2. Make the Creamy Filling: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth, then fold in whipped topping.
