Steak Blue Cheese Pizza

A gourmet steak and blue cheese pizza with bold flavors, perfect for an easy weeknight dinner.

  • 1 prepared pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 6 oz grilled steak, sliced (ribeye or sirloin works great)
  • 1 cup cremini mushrooms, sliced and sautéed
  • ½ cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 cup fresh arugula
  • Olive oil, for brushing
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: garlic butter for brushing crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven or grill to 475°F. Roll out your pizza dough and brush edges with olive oil.
  2. Sprinkle mozzarella evenly over dough, leaving a border.
  3. Sear steak in a hot skillet or grill to your preferred doneness. Let it rest, then slice.
  4. In olive oil, sauté mushrooms with salt and pepper until browned.
  5. Add mushrooms, steak slices, and blue cheese crumbles on top. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
  6. Top fresh out of the oven with peppery arugula.

Notes

  • Use ribeye or sirloin for the best steak flavor.
  • Garlic butter on the crust adds extra richness.
