  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (or dried)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Pound chicken breasts to even thickness.
  2. In a bowl, mix mayo, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly over each chicken breast. Place in a greased baking dish.
  4. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and lightly browned.
  5. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

  • Pounding the chicken ensures even cooking.
  • Greek yogurt can substitute mayo for a lighter option.
