3-Step Kinder Bueno Pancakes for Ultimate Chocolate Bliss

kinder bueno pancakes

Fluffy Nutella pancakes layered with chocolate-hazelnut spread and topped with chopped Kinder Bueno bars for a sweet brunch treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 Tbsp melted butter (plus more for the pan)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup Nutella (or chocolate-hazelnut spread), for layering
  • 4 Kinder Bueno bars, chopped, for topping

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla.
  3. Pour wet ingredients into dry and stir just until combined (a few lumps are fine). Let batter rest 5 minutes.
  4. Heat a nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly butter it.
  5. Pour about 1/4 cup batter per pancake. Cook 2–3 minutes until bubbles form and edges look set, then flip and cook 1–2 minutes more until golden.
  6. Stack pancakes on a plate, spreading Nutella between each layer (as much as you like).
  7. Top with chopped Kinder Bueno pieces and serve warm.

Notes

  • Let the batter rest for fluffier pancakes.
  • Adjust Nutella quantity based on your preference.
  • Serve immediately for the best texture.
