  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup red and green jimmies or sprinkles (holiday blend)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 12 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Extra red and green sprinkles for topping

Instructions

  1. Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Mix in eggs, sour cream, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Gently stir in holiday sprinkles. Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 50–60 minutes.
  5. Once cool, whisk together glaze ingredients and drizzle over the loaf. Add more sprinkles on top.
