Quick and easy garlic parmesan biscuit bites made with refrigerated biscuit dough, perfect for parties or snacks.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (8-count each) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (fresh or dried)
  • 1/4 tsp salt (optional, to taste)
  • Marinara sauce, for dipping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper.
  2. Open biscuits and cut each biscuit into 4 pieces.
  3. Spread biscuit pieces in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until puffed and golden brown.
  5. While they bake, stir together melted butter and garlic in a large bowl.
  6. When the bites come out of the oven, immediately toss them in the garlic butter.
  7. Add Parmesan, Italian seasoning, parsley, and salt (if using). Toss again until evenly coated.
  8. Serve warm (with marinara for dipping if you want).

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, broil for 1–2 minutes after baking.
  • Use fresh garlic for stronger flavor.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
