Deep Fried Funfetti Oreos are the ultimate party snack and sweet tooth fix in one! A colorful twist on classic fried Oreos.

  • Water (as needed for pancake batter consistency)
  • 12 Oreo cookies (or more, if you’re feelin’ wild)
  • Oil for frying (vegetable or canola works best)

Instructions

  1. Make That Funfetti Batter: In a mixing bowl, whip up the funfetti pancake mix with water until it’s a thick but dippable consistency.
  2. Heat the Oil: In a deep pan, heat oil over medium-high until it hits around 350°F.
  3. Dip & Coat: Using tongs or your fingers, dip each Oreo into the batter, coating it fully.
  4. Fry ‘Em Up: Carefully place the coated Oreos in hot oil. Fry 3-4 at a time for about 2 minutes, flipping halfway, until puffed and golden brown.
  5. Drain & Serve: Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain. Let cool slightly, then serve warm for that melt-in-your-mouth magic.
