- 1 small onion, thinly sliced

- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 6 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar (or provolone)

- 1 tbsp chopped parsley

- Wrap: Spoon filling into tortillas, roll tight like a burrito.
