  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and carrots, cooking until softened.
  3. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Slowly whisk in chicken broth until smooth.
  5. Add diced potatoes and simmer for 12–15 minutes until tender.
  6. Stir in shredded chicken and heavy cream.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper.
