Chocolate Pudding Bites

No-bake holiday pudding bites that are easy to make and perfect for festive occasions. Fun for kids to help with and delicious for everyone to enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 ½ cups milk chocolate chips
  • ½ cup smooth peanut butter
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup white chocolate (for drizzle)
  • Red candy balls (for holly berries)
  • Green fondant or icing holly leaves (store-bought or DIY)

Instructions

  1. Melt the milk chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter together in a saucepan until smooth. Stir in vanilla.
  2. Pour the warm mixture over the Rice Krispies and mix until fully coated.
  3. Scoop and roll into bite-sized balls using greased hands. Place on a parchment-lined tray.
  4. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to set.
  5. Drizzle with melted white chocolate and decorate with red candy balls and green holly leaves.
