Cheesy Spicy Chicken Wraps are a quick and flavorful meal perfect for lunch or dinner. These wraps combine tender chicken with spicy buffalo sauce, creamy ranch, and melted mozzarella for a satisfying bite.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or chopped)
  • 1/2 cup buffalo-style hot sauce (or your favorite spicy sauce)
  • 1/3 cup ranch dressing (or mayo for extra creamy)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 medium red onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 large flour tortillas or flatbreads
  • 1 tbsp butter or oil (for toasting)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cooked chicken with hot sauce and ranch until evenly coated.
  2. Lay tortillas/flatbreads flat. Add a layer of mozzarella, then spoon the saucy chicken mixture down the center.
  3. Top with sliced red onion and a little extra cheese.
  4. Roll tightly into wraps.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter/oil. Toast wraps 2–3 minutes per side, until golden with light char spots and the cheese is melted.
  6. Slice and serve warm (extra sauce for dipping is optional but amazing).

Notes

  • Use leftover rotisserie chicken for quicker prep.
  • Adjust the hot sauce to your preferred spice level.
