Cheesy Beef Wrap Recipe

A quick and creamy cheesy beef wrap recipe perfect for weeknight dinners.

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • ½ cup fresh spinach (optional)
  • Creamy Sauce: ½ cup mayonnaise, ¼ cup sour cream, 1 tbsp Dijon mustard, 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  2. Season the beef with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and cook for another 2–3 minutes.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Warm the flour tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
  5. Spread a small amount of creamy sauce on each tortilla.
  6. Add cooked ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, and a few spinach leaves if using.
  7. Roll the tortillas tightly into wraps.
  8. Drizzle extra creamy sauce over the wraps before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the beef.
  • Use whole wheat tortillas for a healthier option.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
