  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a mini muffin pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter and sugar until combined.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  4. Stir in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder until smooth.
  5. Spoon brownie batter into the mini muffin pan, filling each about ⅔ full.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes, then cool completely.
  7. In another bowl, beat softened butter and brown sugar until creamy.
  8. Add milk and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
  9. Stir in flour and mini chocolate chips to form cookie dough.
  10. Scoop small balls of cookie dough and press onto cooled brownie bites.
  11. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
  12. Dip each brownie bite into melted chocolate and place on parchment paper.
  13. Sprinkle with extra mini chocolate chips and let set before serving.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
  • For a firmer chocolate coating, refrigerate after dipping.
  • Use a mini muffin pan for even-sized bites.
