Scale
  • 1 ½ lb flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 orange bell pepper, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • ¼ cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, beef broth, brown sugar, and cornstarch until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced beef and cook for 3–4 minutes until browned. Remove beef from skillet and set aside.

  • Adjust sauce thickness by adding more cornstarch if needed.
